Worse than University

Greetings from the country of sleeplessness, AKA Dorval

This training is worse than university 7am to 3pm every day. We have exams every monday and drills every few days. I suck at the drills so far ;( no worries darlings, i'd get you evacuated if you were on my flight.

I miss all the rita's and hopefully i can come and see you soon on my passes.

Gotokuji Temple

While Kaz was getting his hair cut and dyed, I went to the nearby temple, Gotokuji. The temple is famous for its beckoning cat statues which bring good luck. Legend had it that a samurai lord was standing under a pine tree in a storm and a monk's cat beckoned him to come inside. Just after the lord followed the cat, the tree he had been standing under was struck by lightning and burned to a crisp. The lord thereafter promised to worship at this temple.
